Some current treatment offerings provide minimal supervision and are little more than a mail-order medication delivery.
Treatment of whole body health with GLP-1/GIP’s at Coastal Hills Dermatology is a dynamic process that provides individualized in-person consultation and monitoring, laboratory review, and regular check-ins to make sure your goals are being met. Your monthly fee includes your initial consultation, lab review, weekly and monthly check-in appointments, and your medication and supplies. You are only responsible for any fees for your laboratory work.
How the Process Works

- Select option 1 to schedule an initiation appointment with Susan Pearose, PA-C.
- Provide an email address for us to send your pre-start lab order to.
- Complete your lab order at any local laboratory (Quest, LabCorp, etc.).
- Have your initiation appointment with Susan Pearose, PA-C.
- Review lab work
- Set weight loss and health goals
- Receive your first injection!
- Weekly follow-up for the first month:
- Discuss any side-effects
- Evaluate and adjust dosing to assure weight-loss goals are being met
- Receive next injection!
- Monthly follow-up:
- Weight check and goal review
- Receive medication for home injection if desired
