Lucas G. Bingham, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist experienced in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. At Coastal Hills Dermatology in Ladera Ranch, California, Dr. Bingham offers patients exceptional dermatologic care in a relaxed and friendly environment. With his depth of knowledge and compassion, Dr. Bingham treats patients of all ages for any condition of the skin, hair, and nails.
Dr. Bingham began his studies at Brigham Young University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and a minor in zoology. He went on to earn his medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine followed by a transitional-year internship at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. After this, Dr. Bingham completed a three-year dermatology residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Passionate about helping patients both at home and abroad, Dr. Bingham has performed volunteer medical care to patients in Brazil, Italy, Ethiopia, and Kenya. Dr. Bingham also has notable experience in the field of research and leadership. He has published studies and reports in several prominent medical journals, has presented at national and international meetings, and has served as the president of the Dermatologic Society of Orange County.He is also an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Pacific Dermatologic Society.
Outside of the office, Dr. Bingham enjoys spending time with his large family. He also loves being active outdoors, especially running, road and mountain biking, pickleball, hiking, backpacking, skiing, and stand-up paddle surfing. Dr. Bingham lived in South America for several years and is fluent in Spanish.

Susan Pearose, PA

Susan Pearose is a certified physician assistant specializing in dermatology. She earned her degree from the Keck School of Medicine, USC Physician Assistant Program, and completed an intensive dermatology fellowship through the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. With a strong foundation in biological sciences from the University of California, Irvine, Susan brings a comprehensive and compassionate approach to patient care.
With years of experience and a deep passion for medical dermatology, Susan is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized care and evidence-based treatments. She takes the time to understand each patient's unique needs, creating tailored plans that address both medical concerns and long-term skin health goals.

McCall Miller, PA
McCall J. Miller, PA-C, DMSc, is a NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology. She is dedicated to building patient relationships and providing education on dermatology. McCall earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) and Doctorate of Medical Science (DMSc) from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Notably, only 2% of PAs in the country hold a DMSc, emphasizing her exceptional commitment to advanced education. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and is a Diplomate Fellow, reflecting her dedication to excellence in dermatology care.
Kylynn Vedovitch, RN
Kylynn Vedovitch is a licensed RN in the state of California who graduated from Concordia University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. With a decade-long background in the field of dermatology, Kylynn has a true passion for helping patients achieve their skin goals. Kylynn is trained in injectables, including Botox and dermal fillers, as well as various laser treatments. Kylynn’s goal is to provide exceptional and individualized care to help each patient achieve their specific goals to enhance their natural features.
Yvette Nelson, Esthetician
A graduate of Paul Mitchell The Skin Academy, Yvette Nelson has been a licensed aesthetician working exclusively with physicians for over 13 years. Skin care is her passion and she is constantly striving to perfect her craft by continuing to hone her skills through ongoing education and training at the International Dermal Institute. Her goal is to provide patients with a unique experience and customized treatment to help achieve the best skin possible.
Adam Aronson, MD
Dr. Adam Aronson is board certified in dermatology and Mohs micrographic surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American College of Mohs Surgery. He specializes in surgical treatment of skin cancers, with particular interests in management of high-risk skin cancers, reconstructive surgery after treatment of skin cancer, and anti-aging research.
A Los Angeles native, Dr. Aronson graduated magna cum laude from University of Southern California, where he earned a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society. He received his M.D. degree from Washington University in St. Louis and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Dr. Aronson subsequently completed a year of training in Plastic Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin, before moving on to Dermatology residency at University of Iowa. During his time at Iowa, he was active in research and publishing, and placed in the national Rising Derms Stars resident research competition.
Following his interest in dermatologic surgery, Dr. Aronson travelled to New Zealand to complete an American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS) accredited fellowship program in Mohs micrographic surgery and procedural dermatology, including facial cosmetic surgery. During this year, he won the ACMS Fellows-in-Training Clinicopathologic Case Competition.
Dr. Aronson is excited to bring his experience to Ladera Ranch. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, skiing, music, and poetry. He is also a licensed falconer.
